What data we process
What you give us in the form: details of the place, what you need, your name, email and WhatsApp if you add it, the times you prefer and any files you attach. We also keep the date of the request, the language, where the link came from, the browser and a hash of your IP address to prevent abuse; never the IP itself.
What for, and on what basis
To study your request and arrange the Mapa: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). If you tick the box for the studio letter, to send it to you: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a; Spanish LSSI art. 21), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Google (Google Workspace: Calendar, Sheets, Gmail and Drive) and Vercel (hosting of this application), as processors. To alert us to your request and prepare the Mapa, details of your venue (name, city, public links and what you need) also pass through Telegram (the alert to the studio) and Anthropic (the Claude assistant, which reads the venue's public pages). Your name, email and WhatsApp are not sent to those two services. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
International transfers
Google and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.
How long

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to the processing, or ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to rendezvous@lateliernoli.com. You can also withdraw your request from the link in the email we sent you. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
